Questions clients ask first.
How long does a typical project take?
A landing page takes 3 to 5 days, a business website about two weeks and a WooCommerce store about three. Migrations are usually done within an hour. You get a fixed launch date before any work starts.
Can you build from my Figma, PDF or wireframe?
Yes. Most projects start from a Figma file, a design PDF or an HTML wireframe. If you don't have a design yet, we'll propose a layout first and build once you approve it.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
For WordPress and Elementor builds, yes. You get admin access, a short walkthrough video and reusable sections so adding pages doesn't need a developer.
How do payments work?
Smaller projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% when you approve the delivery. Larger projects are split into milestones, so you only pay for work you've seen. We invoice in USD or EUR.
Do you work with clients in Germany and Europe?
Yes. We work in English and German, overlap with European business hours, and can set up bilingual sites and cookie-consent tools for GDPR.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a short free support window for bugs. After that, you can book hourly help or a monthly care plan covering updates, backups and small changes.
